Fresh bamboo shoots, the first thing we received in spring!

We enjoyed the flavors of spring to the fullest with bamboo shoot rice and stew.
Add bamboo shoots, carrots, dried daikon radish, and shiitake mushrooms to your rice dish!

Accompanied by simmered bamboo shoots with hijiki seaweed, carrot rapée, turnip pickled in sake lees, and red miso soup with akamoku seaweed...
