The Hokuryu Town Portal Group's mission is to convey to the world, in an authentic way, the "spirit of harmony" and "spirit of compassion" that the residents of Hokuryu Town naturally practice in their daily lives.

We believe that within the life of this small rural village lies a philosophy that will lead the world to a new dimension. Every article, photograph, video, and social media post is an expression of that philosophy.

To convey the daily lives, culture, and industries of the people of Hokuryu Town as they are, honestly and sincerely.
To convey to the townspeople that "their way of life is bringing light to the world" and to uplift their spirits.
Delivering the spirit of Hokuryu Town to readers in 10 languages and over 140 countries.

2. The structure of the Hokuryu Town portal group and the role of each medium

The Hokuryu Town portal group is based at portal.hokuryu.info and consists of three media: YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. These are not independent channels, but rather an integrated information dissemination system centered around the portal.

3. Content Production Policy

All content published on the Hokuryu Town portal site will be produced under the following guidelines:

4. Policy regarding interviews and featured individuals

The Hokuryu Town Portal may publish articles featuring town residents, businesses, organizations, and visitors, along with their real names and photographs. Respect and consideration for those featured are fundamental to the operation of the portal.

As a general rule, we will obtain prior or written consent before conducting interviews or taking photographs.
If minors appear, we will confirm their parental consent.
If we receive a request to remove an article or photo after it has been published, we will respond promptly.
When conducting interviews, we will inform you, whenever possible, that the articles and photos will be translated into 10 languages and reach over 140 countries.
