"Pumpkin pudding" made with pumpkins from Hokuryu Town! A fun time filled with smiles

On Thursday, October 31st, in celebration of Halloween, we will be serving pumpkin pudding made with pumpkins from Hokuryu Town!

"Pumpkin pudding" made with pumpkins from Hokuryu Town!

To make the pumpkin pudding, steam and mash the pumpkin, then add the eggs and beet sugar and blend in a mixer. Add the heated cream and soy milk and bake in an oven at 160°C for 30 minutes.

Finish with a yogurt and maple syrup topping!

Round dumplings

To make the small pumpkin dumplings, boil and mash pumpkin, add cinnamon and yogurt sauce (yogurt mixed with black pepper, olive oil, maple syrup and lemon juice), and form them into round dumplings!

Arrange it in autumnal designs such as autumn leaves and chestnuts for a wonderful Halloween experience!
