On Thursday, October 31, in honor of Halloween, taste "Pumpkin Pudding" with pumpkins from Hokuryu Town!

For the pumpkin pudding, steam and mash the pumpkin, add the eggs and the sugar from the sugarcane and mix with a mixer. Heat cream and soymilk, add and bake in the open at 160℃ for 30 minutes.
Finish topped with yogurt & maple syrup!

For small pumpkin dumplings, boiled and mashed pumpkin, cinnamon, and yogurt sauce (mix yogurt with black pepper, olive oil, maple syrup, and lemon juice) are added to make a mounded dumpling!
Arranged in autumnal attire such as autumn leaves and chestnuts, it's a wonderful Halloween time!
