The 46th Hokkaido Arts Festival and the 54th Sorachi Regional Arts Festival will be held at the Fukagawa City Cultural Exchange Hall "Mi-rai" from 1:00 PM on Monday, August 29, 2022 and Sunday, September 4, 2022. The Hokuryu Town Kenshibukai (Sword and Pole Dance Club) will be participating.
