The 31st Hokuryu Town Park Golf Association General Meeting was held at 4:00 pm on March 24th at the Hokuryu Onsen Conference Room in Sunflower Park. 27 members participated, and the meeting was held in a solemn atmosphere.
After the general meeting, the venue was moved to the banquet hall on the first floor of Kitaryu Onsen, where a grand celebration was held to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Hokuryu Town Park Golf Association.

The 31st Hokuryu Town Park Golf Association General Meeting
1. Opening remarks
The meeting was moderated by Secretary General Akira Tanimoto, and the agenda was explained promptly.
2. Greetings from the Chairman: Katsuzo Ito, Chairman
"These days, despite the harsh winter, we can hear the footsteps of spring approaching. Thank you all very much for taking the time to attend this General Meeting despite your busy schedules.
Today, I would like to proceed with the general meeting while receiving constructive opinions regarding the business budget and financial statements for fiscal 1994, as well as next year's business plan and budget.
This time, we will also be holding a 30th anniversary celebration, so I would like you to consider this promptly," said Chairman Ito.

Yoshiki Tanaka, Superintendent of the Hokuryu Town Board of Education
"Hello everyone. My name is Yoshiki Tanaka and I was appointed as the Superintendent of the Board of Education on January 1st of this year.
First, let me introduce myself a little.
I lived in Hokuryu Town from the time I was born until I graduated from high school. My mother also spent most of her life in Hokuryu Town until she passed away in 2006. At the same time, my older sister, who is 10 years older than me, also spent most of her life in Hokuryu Town.
My family and I are extremely honored to be able to give a congratulatory speech in front of such distinguished seniors, and I would especially like to express my sincere respect for the truly wonderful years that have passed since the Park Golf Association's 30th anniversary.
"I hope that everyone will continue to stay healthy and take care of themselves so that the park golf course will be lively and vibrant come spring. Congratulations to all who participated today," said Superintendent Tanaka.

"Good afternoon, everyone. Congratulations on today's Park Golf Association General Meeting and the 30th anniversary.
I am from Mashike Town, and my mother turned 100 on April 14th this year and is still in good health.
On a different note, regarding the request made by Fujinobu-san, he requested a week off, or one day off per week. We have made a decision in a hurry based on the requests from everyone.
"We have decided to take one day off per week from work at the park golf course, but thanks to Kitajima's kindness, we will continue to operate reception as usual. We appreciate your continued support," said President Koshida.
4. Chairman Elected: Katsuzo Ito, Chairman
I would like to ask Chairman Ito to chair the meeting.
"Under the rules, the chairman has until now been someone other than an officer, but it has been difficult to select someone to serve as chairman every year. Therefore, we are proposing this year to amend the rules so that the chairman of the general meeting will be the president, so we ask for your understanding," said Chairman Ito.

The secretariat gave an explanation of the business report for fiscal year 2024 and the financial report for fiscal year 2024, and Auditor Etsuko Oji gave an audit report.
Partial amendment of the terms and conditions
Regarding the partial revisions to the regulations, two items were explained: Article 10, Paragraph 4, which states, "The chairman shall chair the general meeting," and Article 14, which states, "The association's membership fee shall be 2,000 yen per year (previously 1,500 yen)."

In addition, the secretariat gave an explanation of the FY2025 business plan (draft) and FY2025 budget (draft).

An explanation was given about the publication of the 30th anniversary commemorative magazine.
