Preparations for the Shinryu Shrine Autumn Festival
We gather at Shinryu Shrine at 8:00 a.m. and work together for about two hours to mow the grounds, clean up, put up banners, decorate lanterns, and take out the mikoshi (portable shrine) from the storehouse.
Everyone worked efficiently, one task after another, and preparations for the Autumn Festival were completed in a careful and orderly manner.
