A buffet lunch called "Mitsuo's Day" was held at Himawari Restaurant in Hokuryu Town from 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20th.

As it was a national holiday, many families came to enjoy the event. Approximately 60 people enjoyed the delicious food to their heart's content in the two and a half hours that ended at 1:30 pm.

"Mitsuo Day (320 Mitsuo)" is a buffet lunch that makes owner chef Mitsuo Sato's dream of becoming a sushi chef come true.

"In keeping with the play on words of Mitsuo's name, we have decided to hold an event on March 20th, "Mitsuo Day," where we can all enjoy an extraordinary experience.

This is the second time we've held the event, following last year. Last year it was on a weekday, but this year it was on a national holiday, so many customers came to the store with their families, which kept our staff busy.

"We hope to be able to hold as many different events as possible in the future!" said the Sato couple with bright smiles.

A sumptuous buffet of dishes

The buffet-style food includes over 20 different items, including fresh sushi, thin rolls, fried chicken, hamburger steak, pork cutlet sticks, fried shrimp, potatoes, various tempura, rolled omelets, homemade desserts, and more!

45 minutes of all-you-can-eat with a 320 yen off coupon (effectively 1000 yen)!!!
660 yen for elementary school students up to 6th grade (coupons not applicable).
