The Mitsuo Day Buffet Lunch was held at Himawari Restaurant in Hokuryu Town from 11:00 on Monday, March 20th.

Mitsuo Sato started his career as a chef after being inspired by the anime "Shota no Sushi." The buffet lunch "Mitsuo's Day (320 Mitsuo)" is the realization of the owner and chef Mitsuo's dream.

A luxurious buffet-style lunch featuring a variety of sushi made fresh on the spot by owner Sato Mitsuo!
Opens at 11am and all-you-can-eat for 45 minutes!
Due to the large number of inquiries, we have moved up our original opening time by 30 minutes and will now be opening at 11am!
Customers seemed to be eagerly waiting to enter the store, and it quickly filled up to capacity, making it a huge success!!!

The menu includes nigiri sushi (tuna, sea bream, octopus head, salmon), gunkan (shrimp mayonnaise, hamburger steak, flying fish roe), natto rolls, tempura (shrimp, smelt, chikuwa, sweet potato), fried chicken, green salad, mango cheesecake, and "mini soba" handmade soba noodles by Mitsuo.
