March 3 (Sunday) is the Doll Festival.
We celebrate by wishing children healthy growth and happiness!
Kuro Sengoku Rice Oshizushi" for Doll's Festival
This year, we arranged pressed sushi with black sengoku rice, layered with pumpkin salad, cucumbers, cheese, Moroccan beans, etc., topped with pink Sakura-denbu & yam pickled in red shiso!
Hokkaido is still covered with lingering snow, but the warm rays of the sun shining gently through the clouds make us feel the beautiful spring sunshine.
May your heart and stomach be filled with the pink light that radiates happy power as you enjoy the peach-colored pressed sushi.
Prayers for the health and happiness of the children!
