黄葬儀委員長の佐々木康宏・北竜町長は「あなたの常に明確な判断力、卓抜した見識と指導力、責任感は極めて強く広く町民の畏敬（いけい）するところ」と悼んだ。

きたそらち農協の岩田清正組合長は「黄倉さんの尊い生涯は生命を育む農業と地域の発展に捧げられた一生だった」と功績を称えた。

町によると、1日の通夜には約400人が訪れた。

黄倉良二さん（おうくら・りょうじ=元きたそらち農協組合長）27日死去。86歳。北竜町出身。自宅は北竜町。通夜は5月1日午後7時、葬儀は2日午前10時、いずれも町和10の1、北竜町公民館で。葬儀委員長は北竜町長、佐々木康宏さん。喪主は妻眞佐子（まさこ）さん。

1991年、北竜町農業協同組合の組合長に就任。2000年の農協合併により、きたそらち農協専務となり、02年から07年まで同農協組合長を務めた。自ら除草剤、化学肥料、防除のための農薬を一切使わない自然農法栽培を始めるなど、クリーン農業の普及に貢献。有機減農薬栽培による産地評価の向上につなげた。22年に名誉町民となった。
