After patiently waiting for it to fully ripen, we enjoyed a melon parfait with meltingly ripe sunflower melon and ice cream!
The over-ripe melons are super sweet!!!
Along with a rich aroma, it has a texture that melts in your mouth and is sweet...
The melon parfait is made with yogurt, rum-soaked dried fruit, mixed nut cookies, vanilla ice cream, and topped with a shaped melon! It's also garnished with seasonal cherries.
The coldness and sweetness of the ice cream go perfectly with the melon, enhancing its deliciousness even more!
When removing the seeds and cutting the melon, the juice that spills out can be used to make juice along with the fruit!!!
Choose the ripeness of your melon depending on your preference, whether it's firm, soft, or melt-in-your-mouth!
The taste changes depending on the temperature at the time of year, so it's quite difficult to determine when it's ripe to eat!
