The 37th Hokuryu Town Snow Festa Yukinko Festival was held on Friday, February 23rd from 1:00 PM behind the Hokuryu Town Rural Environment Improvement Center. Kindergarten children, elementary school students, and other energetic children and families from the town attended the event.
