The Hokkaido Shimbun Digital website, operated by the Hokkaido Shimbun Press (Sapporo City), has published an article titled "Dry Spring: Beware of Fires - Fukagawa Fire Department and Others Make Street Appeals (dated April 20th)," which we would like to introduce to you.
