Good morning, everyone.
This year, we were worried about low temperatures since spring, but we had high temperatures every day. The unprecedented heat made rice cultivation difficult, and various disasters occurred. Nevertheless, we were able to celebrate a bountiful harvest in the fall without any problems.

Then, on Culture Day, we decided to run the 46th Cultural Festival for the town's residents.
Although the Corona disaster caused many delays and obstacles to various events, we were finally able to carry out the festival in its original form this fourth year, with various meetings with the Board of Education.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the large number of people who attended today.

More than 300 town residents from 30 groups are participating in today's Cultural Festival. Today's one-day festival is a place for exchange and to see the faces of many different people. Usually you only see one side of people, but there will be exhibits of artwork, entertainment presentations, and more.

I hope that you will take as much time as you can to explore the museum until 3:00 p.m., have an enjoyable day, and nourish your energy for the day ahead. I would like to return the greeting by wishing you all the best.
Thank you so much for coming today!" .......

Performing Arts Presentation Program and Closing Ceremony: Greetings from Deputy Executive Committee Chair Hiroyo Nakamura

Dear all, yesterday and today's town people's cultural festival has almost come to an end. How was this year's festival?

After two years of not being able to do anything, last year the event was held only in the morning without a bazaar. This year, as mentioned in the opening remarks by the chairman, the bazaar is back and we are able to hold it until the afternoon session, just as we did before.

I know it was a long day and everyone was tired, but I hope you enjoyed it.

I think that the children did their best to produce their own works. We also had a variety of circles present their works.

Thank you very much. Also, thank you to the women's club of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for their help with the bazaar, as well as the cooperation of various organizations. I hope you were able to fill your stomachs.

I think this will be an opportunity for us to do so again next year as in previous years.

I think a lot has happened over the past year. I think the most important thing is to make the most of each moment. I think there are some people who are concerned about the town as a whole, wondering how the town will fare in the future with the declining population.

However, I strongly hope that you will have one thing in your mind, that you will have a feeling for culture, that you will find various purposes in life, and that you will show the results of your efforts at the cultural festival one year from now.

We are looking forward to seeing your enthusiasm as well as your pretty smiles at next year's festival in a year's time. Thank you very much for your cooperation today! said Mr. Nakamura, Deputy Executive Committee Chairman, in his closing speech.
