As a community school, the school and the local community work together to promote exchanges
This soba noodle making experience is a class that aims to promote collaboration and interaction between the school and the local community as part of the community school (school management council system) initiative.
With the cooperation of the Hokuryu Town Board of Education and the cooperation and guidance of the Hokuryu Soba Shokuraku Club (Representative: Nakamura Naoichi), five fifth graders from Shinryu Elementary School and five of their parents participated.
Thanks to the cooperation and guidance of the members of the Hokuryu Soba Shokuraku Club
Each member of the Soba Shokuraku Club Kitaryu instructed each student individually, giving detailed and easy-to-understand explanations.
Once the instructor demonstrates something, the students quickly learn it and imitate it in the same way!
Some of the participants had experience making soba noodles, and the process went surprisingly smoothly and skillfully.
