Wednesday, December 17, 2025 On Monday, December 15, a "Simple Winter Exercises" event was held at the Hokuryu Town Health Center. The instructor was Aki Shiraishi, a local revitalization volunteer. The event attracted 20 participants, enough to blow away the cold outside.
