On Sunday, September 4th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the Hokuryu Marche, featuring handmade works, was held at the Hokuryu Town Commercial Revitalization Facility Cocowa Multipurpose Hall. Handmade creators from within and outside Hokuryu Town participated.

The Hokuryu Town 130th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony was held at the Hokuryu Town Community Center Large Hall on Monday, September 5, 2022, from 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 3, 2022. In addition to celebrating the 130th anniversary of the town's founding, the ceremony also recognized the contributions made to the town's development.
