Minorichi Hokuryu had its grand opening yesterday, Saturday, May 9th. Unfortunately, it rained yesterday, but thankfully the rain stopped by opening time, allowing the Hokuryu Taiko drum performance to proceed without incident. [Minorichi Hokuryu]

🌞☀️ A customer gave us some beef tongue. We made beef tongue stew with it. We simmered it for 7 hours. It was incredibly tender, the beef tongue was so soft it almost fell apart, making it a truly luxurious beef tongue stew. [Kitchen Haruharu]
