Congratulations to Mr. Ryoji Kikura for being named an honorary citizen of Hokuryu Town! The ceremony was held at the Hokuryu Town Assembly Hall.
Friday, December 9, 2022 From 9:15 AM on Friday, December 8, 2022, the "Ryoji Kikura Honorary Citizen Recommendation Ceremony" was held prior to the 4th Hokuryu Town Council Regular Meeting of 2022. Ryoji Kikura (83 years old) is the fifth person in Hokuryu Town to be named an Honorary Citizen, and the first in 31 years.
