We would like to introduce the special bento boxes from Restaurant Himawari (Owner Chef Mitsuo Sato) in Hokuryu Town.

- Hokuryu buckwheatsushi
- Octopus and blue tuna carpaccio (Sunflower dressing)
- Sunflower Pig Millefeuille cutlet (with shiso leaf sauce)
- cooked rice(Nanatsuboshi rice from Hokuryu)
- Mapo tofu (Kurochan Tofu)
- Smoked salmon spring rolls (ethnic sauce)
- Kurosengoku Soy MeatとNagai's Rice FlourLasagna
- Steamed sweet potato (Sunflower Pig)
- Soba sushi made with hand-made Hokuryu soba noodles wrapped around avocado and tuna!
- Steamed yam with grated yam wrapped around sunflower pork!
- Kurosengoku's Kurochan tofu gives this mapo tofu a unique flavor!
- Octopus and blue tuna carpaccio topped with plenty of sunflower dressing!
- Kurosengoku soy meat lasagna made with Nagai's rice flour!
- The mille-feuille cutlet is topped with sunflower pork!
- The rice is, of course, "Nanatsuboshi" rice produced in Hokuryu Town!
Each dish is carefully and lovingly prepared using ingredients from Hokuryu Town!
