Mount Asahidake (2,291m above sea level), the highest peak in Hokkaido and the main peak of the Daisetsuzan mountain range, is always hidden behind a thin mist, rarely revealing its form.

However, on this particular day, the gray clouds covering the sky suddenly parted, and Mount Asahidake, clad in pure white, appeared in stark detail on an overwhelming scale!

The ridgelines of the distant mountain range. The dazzling white shining on their peaks. It's as if the mountain goddess has quietly shed her veil and smiled, saying, "I'll show you today."

In the fields, where spring farming has begun, tractors are a familiar sight. Preparations for nurturing life are steadily underway.

Beyond the hustle and bustle of life, Mount Asahidake rises majestically. This landscape unfolds as the earth, people, and mountains overlap like a single painting. It is a moment when people revere nature, are grateful for it, and live in harmony with it!

In this fortunate moment, as if I've met the mountain goddess, I can't help but take a deep breath and want to shout.

"Thank youuuu!"

With boundless love, gratitude, and prayers to the spring landscape of Hokuryu Town and to the graceful and mystical Mt. Asahidake.
