From November 1st (Sunday) to December 31st (Thursday) (11:00-19:00), a fair will be held at the Snow Brand Parlor Sapporo Main Branch (Chuo-ku, Sapporo) offering "Hokkaido Support Parfaits" using ingredients from both the Sorachi General Bureau and the Ishikari Regional Bureau, as well as tourist information. Hokkaido Support Parfait

There are four types of parfaits: "Cherry, rice pudding and melon parfait", "Sorachi Yumepirika pancakes ((served with mitarashi-style rice syrup and Kurosengoku kinako))", "100-year-old Senryo pear and Earl Grey (parfait)", and "100-year-old Kogyoku apple and chestnut (parfait)". "Sorachi Yumepirika Pancakes (served with mitarashi-style rice syrup and Kurosengoku kinako)" uses "Kurosengoku soybean kinako" (Hokuryu Town).

*This project aims to support producers and tourism businesses in Hokkaido that have been affected by the spread of COVID-19. Following the first Ishikari Fair, which was well received by producers and consumers, the second fair will add ingredients unique to Sorachi, such as rice and corn from the Sorachi region, to the menu. Even after the fair ends, they plan to continue offering parfaits using Hokkaido ingredients under the title "Supporting Hokkaido with Parfaits."
