Bonds forged by sunflowers. Rakuno Gakuen University and Hokuryu Town sign comprehensive partnership agreement to co-create the future!

On August 6th (Wednesday), Rakuno Gakuen University and Hokuryu Town, Hokkaido, signed a comprehensive partnership agreement. Building on their collaborative relationship in the sunflower oil revitalization project, the two parties will work together on a wide range of topics, including smart agriculture, specialty product development, and wildlife control.
