The 2nd Hokuryu Town Ice Candle Festival 2023 will be held in front of Hokuryu Junior High School on February 6th (Mon) and February 2nd (Thu), and on the grounds of Sunflower Park Hokuryu Onsen from February 4th (Sat) to February 5th (Sun), with 300 ice candies.
