Get energized with song! Hokuryu Town resident Kazuo Kimura will be appearing at the Hokkaido Song Festival in Fukagawa!
On Friday, June 23rd, the Hokkaido Song Festival in Fukagawa was held at the Fukagawa City Cultural Exchange Hall "Mirai." Kazuo Kimura, a resident of Hokuryu Town (and a member of the Hokuryu Town Council), made a guest appearance in the first part of the event.
