The Hokkaido Federation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises will be hosting the Kumiai Festival at the Chikaho Kita 3-jo Intersection Square (West) on Thursday, October 20th, 2022, Saturday, October 29th, and Sunday, October 30th. Fourteen small and medium-sized enterprises active in Hokkaido will be participating in the festival.
