Minorichi Hokuryu had its grand opening yesterday, Saturday, May 9th. Unfortunately, it rained yesterday, but thankfully the rain stopped by opening time, allowing the Hokuryu Taiko drum performance to proceed without incident. [Minorichi Hokuryu]

We've received a shipment of leafy greens: bok choy and komatsuna. They look fresh and delicious! We also have dried beans 🫘 including black soybeans, yellow soybeans, adzuki beans, kidney beans, and Tamafukura soybeans. [Minori-chi Hokuryu]

Today (Saturday, April 25th) is the day for freshly baked bread and freshly made sasa dango (bamboo leaf-wrapped rice dumplings). Both are delicious, so why not give them a try? [Minori-chi Hokuryu]
