As the sound of snow melts, COCOWA in Hokuryu Town will be hosting a heart-warming "Spring Workshop Festival." This event is filled with the warmth of handmade items, allowing you to fully experience the "emotions that come from handcrafting," which is the polar opposite of efficiency and rationality, and the "preciousness of spending time together" by simply coming together and laughing. Come join us and spend a wonderful time that will put a smile on everyone's face, from children to adults.
