We would like to introduce an article (dated February 12th) entitled "Explaining trends in the cut flower market: Course for those hoping to become farmers held in Fukagawa" that has been published on the Hokkaido Shimbun Digital website operated by the Hokkaido Shimbun Press (Sapporo).
The article states, "This course is being held based on a comprehensive partnership agreement concluded in 2023 between the city, the junior college, Kitasorachi Agricultural Cooperative, and the Fukagawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and this is the third time it has been held. This year, the courses will be held in Fukagawa, Uryu, andHokuryu"24 people from four cities and towns in Numata will be attending the lectures until the 13th," the statement reads.
