We would like to introduce an article (dated November 15th) entitled "Kitaryu's Arata Wins Grand Prize at 'Totori Festival in Muroran 2025'" that has been published on the Hokkaido Shimbun Digital website operated by the Hokkaido Shimbun Press (Sapporo).
The article states, "The grand prize went to Arai Tsubasa from Kitaryū Town in the Sorachi region, who photographed a high school student playing the saxophone under a spotlight."
