This Valentine's Day, enjoy "Gâteau au Chocolat" topped with Kurosengoku Don, Kurosengoku flakes, and mixed nuts!

Melt the chocolate & b butter in a double boiler, mix in the egg yolks and whipped egg whites, add a small amount of rice flour and cocoa powder. Mix well, top with Kurosengoku Don, flakes and mixed nuts, and bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes.
Soft, moist and rich in flavour! The crunchy texture of the Kurosengoku don and nuts is delicious!
