The Hokkaido Shimbun Digital website, operated by the Hokkaido Shimbun Press (Sapporo), has published an article (dated November 8th) entitled "Forum in Fukagawa introduces efforts in and outside Hokkaido to reduce the environmental impact of agriculture," so we would like to introduce it to you.
