Masahiro Hirayama, who works at Kita Sorachi Shinkin Bank and has close ties with the Kurosengoku Business Cooperative (Chairman Yukio Takada), settled in Fukagawa City after searching for a place to live with horses.
Members of the Clark Memorial International High School girls' volleyball team also visited, bringing carrots with them, and seemed to enjoy interacting with the horses.
