  Mayor Yutaka Sano of Hokuryu Town reported on his activities. He met with staff on Thursday, October 13th, and the 3rd Commander of the 2nd Artillery Regiment of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and others visited the town to explain the Defense White Paper.
