On January 22 (Sat.), the town of Kamisunagawa (Mayor Koichi Okuyama) hosted the "Kamisunagawa Seikatsu Marche" at the "Machi-no-Eki Fratto" multi-generational exchange base facility, where the Kuro Sengoku Business Cooperative (Hokuryu-cho, President Yukio Takada) opened a booth.
This will be the second time that KAMISUNAGAWA SEIKATSU MARCHE has been held, following the first one last December.

Community activity base "Machi-no-Eki Flatto" (Town Station)
Machi no Eki Fratto is a multipurpose hall, opened in November 2017, for the purpose of promoting interaction among local residents and community activities. It is operated mainly by members of the Regional Development Cooperation Volunteers.
The spacious space is used as a community café (offering light meals and drinks), working space, circle activities, health exercises, music event venue, dementia salon, etc., providing a place for multi-generational residents to interact and gather.

Preparation
The day was blessed with clear skies from the morning, and the sun was smiling down on us, making for an invigorating day.
The Marché was held in a family-like atmosphere, with event planning and management, arrangements, preparation, and sales being carried out mainly by members of the Kamisunagawa Town Community Development Cooperation Corps.
Although the event was held for three hours from 11:00 to 14:00, more than 120 people, from children to the elderly, visited the marche one after another from the time the store opened, enjoying the marche in a friendly atmosphere!

Fumiya Chiyozaki (from Hokuryu Town) arrived in August 2020
The opening of this year's stall was prompted by Mr. Fumiya Chiyozaki, a member of the Kamisunagawa Town Regional Development Cooperation Team.

Currently, as a member of the Kamisunagawa Town Community Development Cooperation Team, she manages the Machino-Eki Flat website and conducts dance classes for the elderly utilizing open-style dance (a unique style that mixes various genres such as hiphop and jazz and is in the process of creation)!
Eklund Karl Robin, 34, arrived in April 2018
Moved to Kamisunagawa Town from Sweden. He is involved in blueberry cultivation, renovation of private accommodations, and renovation of town housing.
His wife, Ai Eklund (38), is a vocalist from Chitose City. She loves making sweets, and holds classes on making sweets and singing at "Machi no Eki Flatto" (Town Station).
Takuya Katsunaga (age 28) arrived in June 2020
He is from Sapporo City. He is working to create a mechanism to get more people interested in Kamisunagawa Town by communicating the good points of the town and what he is working on for the future. He is working every day to make people say, "When it comes to town development, Katsucho is the man to call! If you want to revitalize your town, you should go to Katsucho!
Yuto Saito, 21, arrived in September 2021
Born in Ebetsu City. Currently engaged in various services at "Machi-no-Eki Flat".
