The collection of haiku poems "Hanaikada" (Flower Raft) by Hiroko Yoshio (74 years old), a resident of Hokuryu Town, has been selected for the 42nd Samejima Award (sponsored by the Hokkaido Haiku Association) and was featured in an article in the online edition of the Hokkaido Shimbun newspaper, so we would like to introduce it to you.
Hiroko Yoshio lives in Mibaushi, Hokuryu Town, and is active in the Hokkaido Haiku Society, Hokuryu Branch. Congratulations!
