Under the clear autumn sky, a long-awaited event is coming up where you can enjoy to your heart's content the "blessings of autumn" that Hokuryu Town is proud of!
October 26th (Sunday)At the Soba Making Exchange Center (formerly Iwamura Community Center), the "Soba Shokuraku Club Hokuryu""New Soba Enjoyment Party"will be held.
New Hokuryu-cho soba noodles, "Hokurei," are made with great care just for this day. Their rich flavor, firm texture, and exceptional smooth texture make them a true seasonal treat.

With every sip of the handmade soba noodles made by the members of the Soba Shokuraku Club Hokuryu, you can feel the warm passion of the makers and their gratitude for the land of Hokuryu.
At last year's event, the venue was packed with people looking to try the fresh soba, and it was a heartwarming atmosphere with smiles and comments like "It's delicious!"
