June has arrived, and it's "Mangzhong" season!
The air is moist and the grass and trees are beginning to take on deep colors.
This is a refreshing snack to enjoy in this season, made from kuzu manju sprinkled with plenty of Kurosengoku soybean flour.
Served with some brown rice tea with matcha, this cool, smooth and delicious snack is the perfect way to enjoy the rainy season.
