Greetings from Mr. Masateru (John) Akamatsu JOHN
Good evening, everyone! It's already the 3rd anniversary! I was shown the kendama that you have practiced for 3 years, and it's already falling apart, so I realize how much you have practiced!
I did the certification test every week, and every time I saw a video on Instagram that said, 'I passed!' I could tell that everyone and their fathers and mothers had worked hard.
We recently distributed a video of a DJ on artificial turf in the streets of Asahikawa. We hope you will join us in the future.
Today, we will all win 9 medals and kendama to take home with us!
The last special prize, a valuable kendama, is also highly praised by Kisuki!
Take it home and play hard so that your mom and dad can take a picture of you! Best regards!" John said.

Message from Naoki Kishiro, Representative
Thank you, everyone, for the many participants, both adults and children. Everyone's eyes were different colors and they were competing seriously.
My current Beiryu Kendama Club aims to be a place where there are children and adults interacting with each other, and I hope that you will continue to join us whenever we have mini-games.
Another event is planned for December, and adults are encouraged to attend.
At the end of the event, we have prepared snacks as a participation prize, so everyone can take some home!"
Greetings from Mr. Masateru (John) Akamatsu JOHN
Thank you all for your hard work!
As Kissey always says, it doesn't matter if you can do it or not, as long as it's fun, it's good enough!
Those who received medals were happy, and it was unprecedented for adults to be so stiff and serious! Me and Kishi-kun always say that this is how it should be.
I am doing this because I think it is better to feel the joy of 'being able to do it' than to feel 'it is difficult,' so I will see you again!
Lastly, in honor of our third anniversary, I would like to present you with two original ASAHIDAMA T-shirts.
It will be decided by rock-paper-scissors-scissors with everyone participating!
First, goo! Janken pong! Sho in aiko! Yay!
Congratulations!
As an added bonus, I'll do it again!
Congratulations!
Rock, paper, scissors!" and rock-paper-scissors cheerfully.
A commemorative photo with smiles on everyone's faces!
Finished by receiving a gift of candy!
Award winners being interviewed by Hidenori Ukawa, head of the Fukagawa Branch of the Hokkaido Shimbun.
- I have been playing Kendama since the very beginning and enjoy it very much!
- I enjoy that people around me are happy when I complete a kendama trick!
- I was happy and had fun when I could do the round-the-world technique.
- I also play volleyball, and I think that the movements I do with my knees in kendama are connected to those in volleyball, so there are some commonalities in terms of muscle use that I find useful. It also improves my concentration.
- It also enhances cooperation with peers.
- I thought the takoyaki battle was great because it was not a competition of skills, but rather a fun event for everyone, even the little ones!
- At home, I practice about 2-3 hours a day. When I go out, I always walk around with it and practice with it.
- It's fun to have something to get lost in!
We express our unlimited love, gratitude, and prayers to the "Hokuryu Kendama Club," where both adults and children play selflessly, and enjoy themselves to the fullest with smiles on their faces as they exercise their whole bodies and minds.
