We are pleased to announce that Hokuryu-cho Sunflower Village is featured in the August calendar of "Happy Flowerscape Romantic Flowers 2025" (A3 variant format), a 2025 calendar published by Impress Corporation (Tokyo, Japan). We were given the opportunity to use images from the Hokuryu-cho portal.
The program is supervised by Sera Fuwa, who developed flower psychotherapy as an art therapy using cut flowers.
The largest sunflower field in Japan is the Kitaryu Town Sunflower Village in Hokkaido. The townspeople grow sunflowers with love. The sunflower, which takes root in the wide land, is a flower that gives us power to be energetic. They are recommended for children as they nurture curiosity, playfulness, and a sense of adventure. For adults who want to recharge their energy, Sunflower Village is the perfect environment. Let's receive life force from the sun and the earth this summer.
