Anchovy pasta (rice noodles) is sauteed in olive oil with garlic, hawk claws, and anchovies, and mixed with a lot of honey leaves!

Potato Salad & Egg Soup with Enoki mushrooms (Yakuzen Soup)

The side dish, potato salad with colored bell peppers and mixed beans, is seasoned with sunflower oil from Hokuryu and scallop dressing from Hamatombetsu!

And the soup is egg soup with enoki mushrooms (medicinal soup).
