  Friday, September 8, 3rd and 4th Graders - Practiced for the school festival taiko performance. Today we had a visit from Hokuryu Taiko drummers who taught us using real taiko drums [Manryu Elementary School].

  Wednesday, September 13, 3rd and 4th graders practiced taiko drumming. The students have become quite familiar with how to handle a bachi. At the end of the day, we listened to the sound of a sample taiko performance and played it through [Manryu Elementary School].
