Morning radio calisthenics has started again this year (from Monday, June 13th to Friday, September 9th).
This year, as part of the commemorations for the 130th anniversary of the founding of Hokuryu Town, NHK will be broadcasting "Summer Radio Exercises Tour - Everyone's Exercise Event" at Himawari no Sato in Hokuryu Town on Monday, August 8th!
Let's charge up our energy and improve our daily health with Hokuryu Town's "Morning Radio Exercises," a source of health!!!
