Hokuryu Town in Kita Sorachi, Hokkaido, is a small town with a population of approximately 1,600 people who cherish the idea that "food is life" and provide safe and secure food.
The Hokuryu Town Portal has been run by a husband and wife team for 15 years. It is a website that conveys the excitement of the "spirit of harmony" and "compassion" that permeates Hokuryu Town.
