The winter solstice has come to an end and the season of "kokan" has begun. Under the snow that has fallen, life is beginning to sprout as it waits patiently for spring to arrive.
The morning sun, which did not appear at sunrise on New Year's Day, shone brilliantly on the morning of the following day, the 2nd.
