From November 1 (Sun) to 3 (Tue), "Hokuryu-cho Sunflower Tourism and Product Fair" will be held at Chikaho (Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Plaza and Kita 3-jo Crossing Plaza) by Hokuryu-cho alone. The fair will be held from 10:00 to 19:00, and will close at 17:00 on the last day.
