From November 1 (Sun.) to December 31 (Thu.) (11:00-19:00), a fair will be held at the main store of Snow Brand Parlor Sapporo (Chuo-ku, Sapporo) to offer "Hokkaido Support Parfait" using ingredients produced in both Sorachi and Ishikari Prefectural Offices and tourism information. Hokkaido Cheer Parfait

There are four types of parfaits. The "Cherry and Rice Pudding Melon Parfait," "Sorachi Yumepirika Pancake (with Mitarashi-style rice syrup and Kuro Sengoku soybean flour)," "100-year-old Senryo Pear and Earl Grey (parfait)," and "100-year-old Red Ball Apple and Marron (parfait). The "Sorachi Yumepirika Pancake with Mitarashi-style Rice Syrup and Kuro Sengoku Kinako" is made with Kuro Sengoku soybean kinako (from Hokuryu Town).
