The rice paddies are becoming brighter and greener as the month of August approaches.
Ears emerge from between the leaf pods, and small white flowers (stamens) are blooming.
Pollen from the stamens spills over to the pistil and pollinates it. The ears gradually swell up, and in about a month, they begin to bear plump, golden fruits.

We sincerely pray for a bountiful harvest and express our endless love, gratitude and prayers for a bountiful autumn crop.
