Yomiuri Center (YC) Ito (Ito-shi, Shizuoka Prefecture; Wataru Hatazawa, President) and the Yomiuri Shimbun Tokyo Headquarters donated Yomiuri KODOMO Newspaper and Yomiuri Chugakusei Shimbun to all elementary schools and junior high school students in Ito City.

Yomiuri Center (YC) Ito President Wataru Hatazawa is a native of Hokuryu Town, Hokkaido.

In addition, a total of 5,500 sunflower seeds will be donated to elementary and junior high schools, kindergartens, and nursery schools in the city this fiscal year.
