View this post on Instagram Today, a ladies cooking class was held by the Hokuryu Town Board of Education, inviting Ms. Mitsue Kimura, Hokkaido Food Meister. The staff also participated in the class, as there was a recipe using Kuro Sengoku soybeans. Since Setsubun is coming soon, the main dish was a deco sushi roll. It was difficult to put them in the right place and they struggled 💦 Kuro Sengoku Soybeans were replied as petit karinto! Many tiny ones were made!
